Q: Where is CHEESEFRICE MARKET based in?
A: Our shop is based in Singapore!
Q: How long would it take for my order to be shipped?
A: Orders will be processed in a week. You will be notified via email once your order is shipped! Shipping updates can also be found in @cheesefrice on Instagram.
Q: I would like to make a second purchase. Is it possible that my orders can be combined?
A: Combined orders are available for up to 2 to 3 orders within the same shop update duration. Do send a DM to @cheesefrice on Instagram, and we'll make the necessary arrangements! A code will be provided for subsequent orders to avoid extra shipping charges. (For other discount code related enquires, DM us!)
Q: What is the delivery time for my country?
A: For orders within Singapore, your parcel will be delivered within 2-3 working days.
Overseas Mail may take from 3-10 weeks, depending on the destination country.
Delivery times for Registered Overseas Mail will be 3-14 working days, depending on the destination country.
Delays in international shipments to and from Singapore: Amidst COVID-19, deliveries are expected to be delayed up to 10 working days.

Q: Is shipping available for my country?
A: We ship Worldwide from Singapore!
However, in the instance where we are unable to ship to your country, a full refund will be given.
Q: I've realised that I had entered the wrong address/details in my order, what should I do?
A: Please email us or drop us a DM at @cheesefrice with your order number and the updated details as soon as possible! We will edit your information accordingly.
In the instance where your order has already been shipped, we are unable to track your order and are not liable for lost mail. (We strongly recommend double-checking your details to ensure your mails reach you safely!)
